Help ...

I found a pretty tree !! I don't know what it is.Right now it has yellow/gold leaves.It's about 12-14' tall and has DARK pink four sided , kinda heartshaped 'berries' on it.Guessing these berries are the seed pods.

Anyone have any ideas ? I want to start one of these.Don't know if I need a cutting or if it will start from the seeds ?
