Gimmee an awesome quiche recipe for Mothers Day Brunch

Anyone have an easy, yummy receipe? Never made one before but have had them at Bed & Breakfast's.

Broccoli, Potato and Bacon Quiche
1 bag (19 oz) Green Giant® frozen roasted potatoes with broccoli & cheese sauce
1Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust (from 15-oz box), softened as directed on box
2/3cup whipping cream
7slices bacon, cooked, crumbled (about 1/3 cup)
1cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese (4 oz)
1cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/2teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2teaspoon pepper
1/4teaspoon parsley flakes
1/8teaspoon salt, if desired
1 tsp fresh chopped chives
Heat oven to 350 cook veggies according to directions
Meanwhile place crust in 9” pie plate for 1 crust
In large bowl beat eggs and cream with whisk, stir in veggies and other ingredients except chives
Pour filling into pie plate; spread evenly sprinkle chives over top
Bake 30-40 till edges golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean, let stand 5 min before serving

I wish I had seen this sooner.....I have (and it may be on here) a wonderful recipe for Chard Quiche with 3 cheeses. Yum, yum. I'll try to find it...but you probably don't need it now.
