Is it illegal to ship Dandelion seed from certian states to others?

Your dandelion is Taraxacum pseudoroseum, native, apparently, to Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and China. Needless to say, it is not the common weed dandelion (nor even one of the native North American species).

I tried growing this and all my flowers were pure yellow. Either my seed stock were bogus or mabye cold weather influenced flower color. Where did you get your seeds?
