Not sure what this is. This is not a great shot, I was about 200 feet from it so it was very hard to get any details. I haven't even a guess on this one.

One way I identify Eastern Phoebe's is they "wag" their tails. Next time you see a bird like this, look at its tail. Most birds will bob tails for balance, but this one really goes at it. :)
