This little bird nest in my boxes and stays around all year. What is it?

Definitely a Carolina Chickadee. Here are a couple pictures of a Carolina Chickadee(on the feeder) & a Titmouse(in a tree) I took in my yard. This titmouse is nesting in a bird house my son built in scouts.

clhart75, thanks for the photos! So I have both birds on my property. The titmouse feeds at my feeder as well. Naive me, thought the crested Titmouse was a male of the other. Learn something everyday! Thanks.
