Every morning I drag myself to the kitchen cupboard to get a mug to fill with a special brown elixir (coffee, milk, no sugar), and I select a mug based on how I feel or how I WANT to feel.
For instance, I have a mug that says "No, I'm not a morning person - why do you ask?" I use this mug sparingly as it tends to send a message . . .. The mug with smiley faced hearts is always a winner, but there are days when nothing on my mug shelf catches my eye, or fits my mood. Does this describe YOU?
