Yup, I've gone and done it. I've finally got my strawberry business started. I'm only starting out with 1500 plants to get my feet wet so to speak. I'll increase that amount next year if all goes well. I'll be selling strawberries and other crops starting next Spring/Summer. I talk a little about it here:

I had planned to start selling tomatoes, beans, squash, etc at last year's market but due to terrible flooding that plan was cancelled. Talk about a heartbreaker! Ever seen 300 drowned tomato plants, 100's of cantaloupes rotting on the ground, etc? *sniff *sniff
I already have my "S" corp. I'm TPS, Enterprises, Inc. But I don't want to call my business that. Brook has given me some great ideas and I'd like to hear from all of you, too. Horseshoe, I know you've got a good imagination so come step up to the plate and help me. I just LOVE the name of your farm..."Moondance Farm". That's a terrific name! How's about helping Petesey out. :)
