I got the plant in the photos from my now deceased mother's yard. Unfortunately, I never asked her the name of it. Its mature leaves are large bi-colored and triangular. It seems to like the shade, flourshing among the hostas. It died back last year after I transplanted it but came back this spring in spades. I would like to know what it is then figure out if I can split it to place around my yard. This past week, it shot out what looked like a long petal which when opened has a long yellow shaft within it. Thanks for any help.
