Is it normal for Darmeras to bloom only every other year?
I planted mine during the summer of 2008 in 2009 it bloomed, in 2010 it didn't, last year it bloomed and again this
year it didn't. Since we've had such a weird spring this year (very little snow, mild winter 80's in early march followed by freezes in April) I don't know if that could have affected the plant or if it's just its nature to bloom every other year.

They would normally bloom every year, but sometimes things happen...
