I have a porcelain berry vine that is several years old growing on a sturdy 7ft trellis. It gets cut back to around 5 ft going into winter. I did notice that there aren't many leaves below that level and the vine has already reached beyond the trellis this year. How far back can I cut this vine at the end of the season? I'd appreciate any advice.
