This is my first year growing romanesco, so I am not entirely sure what to do. I have purple peacock broccoli in the same bed that is doing fine. I know I should probably cut it back, but how far? All the way back to the leaves?
This is supposed to be heat induced, correct? It really has not been that warm here. I guess there were 4 day about 2 weeks ago where the temps were mid to high 70's, is that really all it takes?
