These two blooms were seeded 2 years back. They both came from the same seed head (of which i don't remember what plant i collected it from), both have the same leaf structure... but obviously have different colored blooms.

From last year... the orange one will reflex down and transition to a decent yellow after a bit. It looks like a paradoxa at that time.

This yellow orange bloom is coming out nicely. It's not quite as nice as a 'flame thrower' variety without more red near the cone.. but none the less... a nice plant.
