| A while ago I noticed the top of the soil of this plant was white. I assumed it was probably from the insect spray I applied to kill the gnats. Well, now there white fungus growing on the soil!! The plant seems to be perfectly healthy. Still sprouting new leaves and flowers. What do I do about this? I have about 13 plants and this is the only one showing these signs. Any help would be much appreciated!

Is there a lot of peat? Peat = fungus &/or fungus gnats.

I haven't seen any gnats in quite a while, since I sprayed them and that was about 6 months ago or so. There is quite a bit of fungus growing though.

I suspect you're watering a bit too much so I'd back off a bit and see if that helps. In the long run, overwatering will cause more problems than just that white fungus on the surface of the soil so I'd focus on getting rid of the excess moisture vs trying to kill the fungus. The fact that you had a problem with gnats before also suggests you're keeping things a bit too wet.

Both problems should be eliminated by eliminating the peaty "soil."

I would do that. Sorry for the "should" from earlier. I meant to type "could."
