Organic Gardening: anyone know where you can buy bone char (phosphate)??

in my reading.. ive read about bone char.. has 0:16:0 fertilizer #'s
what ive read..its better than rock phosphate, higher in P than rock phosphate
and cheaper..
??? anyone else know about it?? also.. where can i buy it??
dirt works has carried it..i think.. no one on ebay has it..
