I ordered some Dianthus Fenbow seeds from Thompson and Morgan and then noticed that they were rated for zone 7-10. Everywhere else they're rated 4-10. Including Dave's Garden. I sent a query to T & M pointing out the discrepancy and asking for an explanation. Their response is below. Dianthus Fenbow is a very old variety. I can't imagine that some are hardier than others. Any thoughts?

    TIA
