    Foliage looks a bit like Cosmos, frilly, ferny growth. The flowers look like giant Snapdragon style blooms. Unfortunately, this is the only picture that was provided to me...Thank you, once again!

    Without a larger picture I think it's going to be very difficult to ID...can the person who sent you this one possibly take a larger one?
