I have recently moved into an apartment to find my self getting bitten by something. It is pretty humid in my apartment and sometimes I see these little flies floating around. I need to know if this is the bug that is biting me. Thanks for any help! It is appreciated.

Image not clear enough for positive i.d.; does not appear to be a biting fly of any kind. It is nearly impossible to diagnose 'mystery bites' unless you see the biter in the act of biting.
