I don't seem to have any trouble getting the Orchid Tree seeds from South Texas to come up in flower pots, and they grow really fast, however they come up on one stem with beautiful leaves, but never seem to branch out to make a tree. If I snip off the top of the plant, will it branch out instead of growing straight up? The seeds were taken from large trees in South Texas. I live in Oklahoma and if I can get them to branch out, will they live in a flower pot if protected in the winter time? If they make a small tree, will they bloom?
