I planted Pow Wow White & Wild Berry 2 months ago... They already had full flowers of course -- greenhouse boosted I'm sure before delivery to Lowes. I'm now getting what looks like little coneflower plants around a couple of them coming up.
If the purchased Pow Wows dropped seeds, could they have germinated since May without wintering over at all and with no care except a good layer of mulch and every-other-day watering to establish the new plants?
