I have a Mock Orange shrub... originally planted at edge of woods 15 yrs ago. Moved it to sunnier location (6-8 hrs sun/day) about 8 years ago. I've tried root pruning, fertilizing high Phosphorus, pruning, not pruning... and finally this year I got four (count 'em FOUR) blossoms!
What am I doing wrong? The shrub is large, cascading branches, healthy. I'd say it's about 8 ft tall and four feet wide. Occasionally I see some curled leaves on the new shoots and remove them.
Suggestions? Do these need male/female like holly?
    Thanks for your help.
