Hi, I saw this plant growing in a potted arrangement outside of a local grocery store. Can anyone tell me its name? Thanks!

(I'm not sure why, but the image rotated when I uploaded it. For perspective, the image would be facing up when the slats of the trashcan behind the plant are vertical.)

I am in zone 5, PA. Is that possible for Kent Beauty to overwinter in stone garden ?

It's supposed to be hardy to zone 5 so I suspect it would be OK.
