seran72 Bozeman, MT I have at least two of these. I find them kind of graceful, but they are blocking the sun to other parts of my bed so I want to figure out what they are and decide whether to keep them.

tlm1 Jacksonville, FL (Zone 9a) Maybe Hibiscus? Have you seen them bloom?
vanillaman Monte de la Cruz Costa Rica (Zone 11) Sorry to disagree with Hibiscus, but the leaves aren't right.

tlm1 Jacksonville, FL (Zone 9a) Don't be sorry to disagree! I wasn't so sure about that either, after I responded. :-) I had also given thought to a Hydrangea, but not sure about that either. There are different variations of leaves in each of these. :-)) Blooms would certainly tell the story!
vanillaman Monte de la Cruz Costa Rica (Zone 11) Seeing flowers would definitely help me, LOL. The leaves look like all kinds of things.
seran72 Bozeman, MT They haven't bloomed, but if they do, I will definitely take some pictures. For whatever it's worth, I think they smell vaguely minty. I'll try to take some pics that show their stems better.
nel5397 Groveland, FL they look like a perenial strain of salvia.
