I must "second" what Belle says, do not ever squeeze or pop them, that just makes things much worse. The best thing to do is keep your skin clean, and, believe it or not, keep your skin well moisturized as well, using a non-oil-based moisturizer. Skin needs moisture/water to stay healthy, so be sure to drink LOTS of water, and when you apply your moisturizer, do it RIGHT after you've washed your face, to "seal in" the water, but don't dry your face (with a towel) first, do it while still rather drippy wet.

Before bed-clean off with peroxide then put a dab of acne medication on(On the Spot by Almay-?? is great)-then a bandaid over that. Whatever you do, don't squeeze. With any luck, the spot will be dried up by morning. Good luck!
