What is the best way to harvest comfrey seeds? When do I need to harvest them?

I use a portable folding table rack or the back of a chair tie a string around the plant stem and hang the plant upside down letting the seeds drop into a bowl or baking pan. I do that with herbs or flowers only as I never have grown Comfrey I was not sure as to how.If it blooms and seeds from pods there are all kinds of ideas and ways to collect seeds . Mostly the larger the flower for the type of plant and the drier the seeds when they fall out of the pod or flower ,the better the seed usually is.
