I think it's a type of Kalanchoe sold for large flower heads. This one looks healthy but I have read it's dfficult to get them to rebloom.

I suspect Kalanchoe blossfeldiana, hard to say which cultivar unless it blooms again. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/adv_search.php?searcher[common]=&searcher[family]=&searcher[genus]=kalanchoe&searcher[species]=blossfeldiana&searcher[cultivar]=&searcher[hybridizer]=&searcher[grex]=&search_prefs[blank_cultivar]=&search_prefs[sort_by]=rating&images_prefs=both&Search=Search
