ChirpChirp Wappingers Falls, NY I saw this today at a marshland area close to the Hudson River, my first thought was Eastern Phoebe due to the black bill, but the prominent wing bars made me question this ID. Any help to confirm what it is gratefully received.

flatpickit Charleston, SC Perhaps a juvenile Eastern Phoebe. That would explain the wing bars.
