Beginner Gardening Questions: Red Lilies?

So my best friend's cousin just passed away recently, and she'd like to get a tattoo of a hummingbird with a red lily for her, because they were things that she loved.
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a pretty cultivar she could maybe use for tattoo reference.
