I remember as a kid I was living in Washington State. One of my favorite destinations was Eagle's Hardware. Not sure what their current statuce is but I think they went out of buisness or Lowes bought them out. The last date in the link was updated in 1997 1 year before I moved to Texas.
So Does anyone else remember this place of shop there if it's still around?

I remember shopping at a giant Eagle Hardware when I was living in Spokane, Washington. It is a Lowe's now so I think you are correct that Lowe's bought them.

It must have been a Pacific Northwest franchise?
