I saw this today and my first thought was female Common Yellowthroat, however the pink bill is throwing me off a bit. I'm hoping someone can confirm or otherwise if my ID was correct.

Yep, female Common Yellowthroat. Maybe the pale bill is a one-off mutation, like pale feathers in leucistic birds.
