Hello. I recently aquired this map and I not pretty sure about what kind of stones are used to do it and de origin of it. It seems antique. The stones are quite transparent. polished and seem not to be marble. If any can help me with opinions will be great. Many Thanks.

I just saw this and must say, it us just beautiful. I wonder if it could be tumbled blue glass. It's really hard to see the photo. Maybe a close up would help. I love it. Just curious as to where you put it.
