Do State Fair Zinnias do okay from saved seeds? My neighbor bought plants at a nursery and I love them. I read somewhere that the plants from saved seeds were small bloomed and weak plants. Is this true? I would love to grow some from her seeds next year. Thanks for any help you can give me. Lou
