Loved your article and your hints about getting started. My 4 year old grand daughter and I are going to resale shops to see what we can find to put in our gardens. She wants 6 so we have lots of tiny things to find. We're putting one between 2 hostas to keep the fairies shaded. Another one under a rose bush so they can smell the scented air. We're looking around the different areas of the yards (front, back, and all around) . to find just the right places for the fairies. This is so much fun!!!

egc, I know, I just love tiny things. and it's more fun with a little girl (sorry if that sounds sexist, but most little boys aren't interested). Looking for those tiny things (or making some yourself) is fun, too.
