Showed up in garden

This is a common plant in this area. I thought it was wild spinach, but it doesn't have the little waxy globules on it. It is magenta in the center growing part, on part of the root, and under the leaf. I don't know what it is and haven't been able to find a picture of it online to help me identify it. Ideas?
