I need some help ID-ing four birds I saw today whilst out walking. Location of walk was Vassar Farm in New York.

Looks to be a juvenile but I have no idea what it is.

I can't decide between American Tree Sparrow or Field Sparrow.

    Bird 3
This is a long shot as I spotted it far away hence the crop, but any ideas very gratefully received.

    Bird 4
This Hawk was very high up, I can't seem to find a match in my field guide that looks right as to what it could be though.

Thank you in advance for any help with any of these.

#1 Common Yellowthroat; yep, a juvenile

#2 Field Sparrow - all-pink bill (dark above, pale below on ATS), and also a bit early for ATS in NY (they'd not be arriving for another month or so I guess)

#3 yep, too long a shot!

#4 probably a juvenile Red-tailed Hawk, but hard to be certain
