Burn, I could be wrong, but from that distance it looks like the beak is thinner than a Vireo's. I would guess (and it's just a guess) that it's a Tennessee Warbler. Resin???
I agree with nutsabout nature. It is a Tennessee Warbler and the bill is a good marking. Another difference I see is the Philadelphia Vireo has more white under the eye.
