I think it's an Eastern Kingbird. I should know them well, but I haven't seen them around here even though we supposedly have them in our I'm definitely not an expert. I Wish we had some. They're a beautiful bird!

Ditto to Eastern Kingbird. For something called 'eastern', they go a long way west.
