    Dear Experts,

I'm currently living in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
I have tried growing some morning glories this year.

As you can see by the picture, they have grown tall.
But, they are not producing any flowers.

Does anyone have any experience with this?
Will they produce flowers yet this year?
It's the end of August already, and getting cool at night.

Anything I can do to get them to flower?

    Thanks a lot!
