    I grow cosmos EVERY year but this year they just aren't blooming. I always plant them in the same place because I get many volunteers. They have beautiful foliage and no blooms. I have not fertilized them or added any amendments. I did nothing different this year than any other year. Actually, it is much hotter and dryer this year making me think they would have bloomed in mass!
