Beginner Gardening: Transplanting zinnia seedlings

Recently planted zinnia's and most sprouted quickly. They are now about an inch tall with two leaves. I planted them in seedling trays, about 1" squares. How soon should I transplant into pots etc?

I personally find that zinnias develop quite a mass of roots fairly quickly. They seem to benefit from transplanting to larger pots fairly quickly and typically reward with quick growth. I'd begin moving them into larger pots now.
