Asian multi-colored lady beetle, Harmonia axyridis.

thank you Flapdoodle.
does it not appear more like Convergent Ladybug (Hippodamia convergens) ?
will you please narrow down the differences between the two ?

Minot, ND

The two species are very different in appearance. The convergent lady beetle is more slender than the Asian beetle, and the markings on the pronotum of the convergent lady beetle look nothing like that of the Asian beetle. thank you Flapdoodle for the valuable info.
