    I noticed this bug flying around during the evening hours outside our house in NJ. Later that evening, it had somehow made its way inside where it was captured and photographed.

    Assistance would be appreciated.

    It resembles a cockroach (there's more than one). A dorsal image would help (and closer too).

    Sorry, those are the only images that aren't blurry and it's already been released several days ago.

    Maybe a wood roach in the genus Parcoblatta - males sometimes come to lights in the evening.
