It is seeded like crossandra.And the mechanism of dispersion is also similiar to that.

But this plant is only 15-20 cm tall only and also i want the species name.

Hi Delince. There are over 300 species of Ruellia recorded, plus hybrids, so it may be difficult to name the species accurately. Here is a DG link with names and pictures for you.
