I want to inform and encourage any Florida birders to consider becoming hummingbird hosts. I've posted more info on the thread I posted on the Hummingbird and Butterfly forum:

I have about a dozen of the little guys flying around the yard now. I have two feeders and lots of flowers.

pestee - You've got some good numbers of visiting hummers for Florida! Congrats! Sounds like you have a great host yard!

Here's one I had visiting yesterday. I saw a few flying about. I do have a feeder up, but I never see them at the feeder when they have so many blooming flowers they prefer.
