Thank you for reminding me of ways to use chives. My garlic chives bloom beautifully this time of year but they have spread a bit more than I'd like. So, I will try some of your ideas this week and perhaps try freezing them on a tray and then putting them into baggies to use in soups and sauces and such this winter.
