I planted these Crocosmia in the fall of 2011. This year they bloomed and I love them. Then, after they finished blooming, they sent up these little leafless stalks out of the ground. As the stalks grew, you could see very small 1/4 in. - 3/8 in. leaves that were slightly folded on the lower part of the stalk. They were growing on the stalk. Then the little stalks made flower buds and bloomed. I've never seen them send up a little flower stalk out of the ground, and after all the other Crocosmia were finished blooming. Have any of y'all had them do this?
