I grew corn this year and planted seeds that 2 different people gave me. I think they all cross-pollinated as they we all so colorful. One was suppose to be a purple corn and the other one was supposed to be bi-color. They were all mixed up and very pretty.

I got mine already. It has been so warm, so I put mine in a mini-fridge. I'll probably plant them when the weather stays cool. It is supposed to rain tonight and/or tomorrow. It has been in the 80's and today it was only 55°. It was 60° yesterday. Usually I do not refrigerate any bulbs, but I did not know when (or if) it would get cold. Have you had a frost yet?

We allow select hunters onto the property. We know them and they share the meat with us, so it works out. (Of course that is only during hunting season...there are enough deer to go around with leftovers...)
