Found this vivid little spider in the garden this morning. did some looking, but didn't find a match. She was moving around at a fair clip, but managed to grab a couple pics. The coloration is highly reflective in the sun. Is she an orb weaver?

Thanks Flapdoodle. It seems that their markings are rather mutable...guess that is why I didn't see a "perfect" match. Thanks much.
