Ask-a-Gardener: ANSWERED: Golden Cane Problem

Have been finding these little pod like white spots all over my golden cane palm. The palm hasn't been affected and is still growing and green, but I'm not sure what they are or how to get rid of them before they cause any damage. Any help appreciated.
