the fruit itself is around 14 pounds and it is yellow. the base of the fruit started to turn blue. (like the 15 pounder i all ready harvested). the base has been blue like that for almost 2 weeks. Is it still ok to eat? Should i wait longer? It has been reaching freezing temperatures at night and i dont want to loose it. thank you for any help you can give!!
