I have owned four, (4), Epson printers in the past few years. I purchased them because they were supposed to give me superior pictures, which they do when they work. Before that I had owned a HP ink jet printer for about 10 years, before the advent of printing pictures.
I am ready to throw this latest printer in the trash and start over.
What printer can I get that will give me superior pictures without being so temperamental and short lived? I barely get past the manufacturers warranty when they quit working. On the plus side, they are cheap, except that the ink is very expensive.
    Can anyone help??
    Paul.

Most likey not what your'e looking for, but I'd recommend any printer owned, maintained, and operated by Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc.
